About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Article 10:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The company has the right to be engaged in the separate types of activity determined by the legislation only in case of receipt of permission to this type of activity, according to the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 or – in case of activities in the financial sphere (bank or non-bank), – according to the special laws regulating it.
The permitted nature of the business activity performed by the company is confirmed by availability of the relevant allowing document.
The list of allowing documents, bodies issuers and the procedure of their issue are established by the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 or – in case of activities in the financial sphere (bank or non-bank), – the special laws regulating it.";
in Item 6 of the word "The financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance" shall be replaced with words "the administrative authority of financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance,";
in Item 7 of the word "Financial inspection" shall be replaced with words "the administrative authority of financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance,";
in Item 8 of the word "Financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance." shall be replaced with words "the administrative authority of financial inspection subordinated to the Ministry of Finance.".
2. In Article 12:
