About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:
1. Add appendix 3 with the following Section:

Art. II. – In part (1) article 9 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158/2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes and amendments, Item i) to declare invalid.
Art. III. – In the Law on the status of personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions No. 80/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 117-118, 357), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:
1. Part (articles 2 after the words "national lawyer" to add 2) with words ", general примар municipium of Chisinau".
2. Add Article 8 with part (6-1) following contents:
"(6-1) Appointment of personnel in office of general primar of municipium of Chisinau are performed by the administrative act of general primar of municipium of Chisinau.".
