About modification of the "Procedure for consideration of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 13, 2000 No. 419

Make the following changes to the "Procedure for consideration of the petition for provision of the status of the refugee" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 13, 2000 No. 419 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 11, Article 795; 2004, No. 1, Article 19; 2007, No. 8, Article 765; 2008, No. 3, Article 168, No. 8, Article 722; 2010, No. 8, Article 718, No. 9, Article 770; 2011, No. 5, Article 378; 2015, No. 5, Article 514, No. 9, Article 976):

1. In part 1:

1.1. paragraphs to consider the second or seventh the third or eighth paragraphs respectively and to add with the second paragraph of the following content:

"In case of detection of the person which did not reach 18 years, arrived to the territory of the country without maintenance or left without maintenance after arrival (further - the child without maintenance), concerning this person the appeal to guardianship and custody bodies becomes.
