About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201 of March 11, 2009

In Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201 of March 11, 2009. "About enforcement of provisions of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 55-56, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

"The tender committee provided" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of the word "the tender committees provided";

Item 11 to add 2) with the subitem and-1) the following content:

"and-1) the motivational letter and CV, in case of tender on substitution of the highest leading state position";

To add 3) in Item 13 after words of "written testing of tender" with the words "or interviews, in case of tender on substitution of the highest leading state position";

Item 18 to state 4) in the following edition:

"18. Tender on substitution of the highest leading state position includes tender CV and interview, and on substitution of the leading state position and executive state position - written testing and interview.";

To add 5) with Items 18-1 and 18-2 of the following content:

"18-1. The tender committee establishes date, time and the venue of tender CV and provides placement on the web page of body of the public power and at the information stand in the place of its finding of information on carrying out tender. Tender CV consists in selection by tender committee of candidates / candidates for substitution of the highest leading state position on the basis of the provided files, assessment of motivation, experience and reputation. Results of tender CV are drawn up by the protocol.

18-2. Within no more than two days from date of tender CV for the selected candidates the tender committee requests:

a) the National authority on integrity has conclusion about integrity;
