About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. In subitem 1.9 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2013 "About some questions of regulation of rates (prices) of housing and communal services and modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of" the word "date of establishment by regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom specified" shall be replaced with words No. 550 "the Belarusian ruble exchange rate to the US dollar exchange rate specified in decisions of regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom on establishment of rates (prices) and accepted when calculating these".
2. The made calculations (recalculations) regarding indexation of rates (prices) of the utilities (water supply, water disposal (sewerage), heat supply, the address with solid utility waste) provided to legal entities till December 31, 2017 inclusive by the organizations of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, are not subject to revision.
3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 – since January 1, 2018;
other provisions of this Decree – after its official publication.
