About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About National academy of Sciences of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "About National academy of Sciences of Belarus" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2003 (Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1998, No. 21, Art. 224; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 136, 2/1001; 2005, No. 188, 2/1158; 2010, No. 110, 2/1667; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.05. 2016, 2/2362) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 2:
exclude the words "and regional branches";
the words "being under its authority, employees of these organizations and legal entities" shall be replaced with words "subordinate Academies of Sciences";
add Article with part two of the following content:
"For the purpose of development and coordination of science in administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus as a part of Academy of Sciences regional branches according to the procedure, determined by the Charter of Academy of Sciences can be created.".
2. In Article 3:
word in paragraph nine "regions of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words to Republic of Belarus;
the twelfth and thirteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"the organization of carrying out monitoring of flora and geophysical monitoring, carrying out monitoring of fauna and complex monitoring of natural ecological systems in especially protected natural territories within the National monitoring system of the environment in the Republic of Belarus, scientific ensuring maintaining the state inventories of plant and animal life;
