In paragraph four of Article 4 of the word "about refusal in accomplishment of the order of the client about making of transactions, about refusal of the conclusion of bank account agreement (contribution)" shall be replaced with words 1) "and also about refusal in accomplishment of the order of the client about making of transactions, about refusal of the conclusion of bank account agreement (contribution), about agreement cancelation of the bank account (contribution) and their reasons";
2) in Article 7:
a) add Item 5.2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The refusal of the conclusion of bank account agreement (contribution) and agreement cancelation of the bank account (contribution) on the bases stated in paragraphs second and third this Item are not the bases for emergence of civil responsibility of credit institution for making of the corresponding actions.";
b) add Item 13 with paragraphs of the following content:
