1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2017 No. 336 "About approval of Rules of certification of court experts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15033, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 28, 2017) the following changes:
in Rules of certification of the court experts approved by the above-stated order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of carrying out certification of court experts (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 18) of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 10, 2017 "About judicial and expert activities" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for carrying out certification, including extraordinary certification (further - certification) court experts, court experts of medicolegal, judicial and narcological, forensic-psychiatric specialties, being the staff of body of judicial examinations, and also persons who are engaged in judicial and expert activities based on the license (further - court experts).".

"11. Certification is carried out in 2 steps in the state or Russian languages at the choice of the court expert:
1) testing: 100 questions for court experts;
for court experts - on criminal procedure law (20 questions), law of civil procedure (20 questions), criminalistics (20 questions), the administrative right (20 questions), the Law (20 questions);
2) examination: oral interview by certain type of judicial examination (no more than 5 questions in the specialty).".
2. To provide to department on the organization of expert activities in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
