1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2017 No. 335 "About approval of Regulations of Admission of examinations for assignment of qualification of the court expert" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15031, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 3, 2017) the following changes:
in the Regulations of Admission of examinations for assignment of qualification of the court expert approved by the above-stated order:
state Items 6 and 7 in the following edition:
"6. Examinations are carried out in 2 steps, in the Kazakh and Russian languages at the choice of person:
1) testing: 100 questions for court experts and court experts of medicolegal, judicial and narcological, forensic-psychiatric specialties (on development of initial specialty);
for court experts and court experts of medicolegal, judicial and narcological, forensic-psychiatric specialties - on criminal procedure law (20 questions), law of civil procedure (20 questions), criminalistics (20 questions), the administrative right (20 questions), the Law (20 questions);
2) examination: for court experts and court experts of medicolegal, judicial and narcological, forensic-psychiatric specialties - under examination cards by certain type of judicial examination which includes three questions.
7. Testing time for court experts and court experts of medicolegal, judicial and narcological, forensic-psychiatric specialties constitutes 90 minutes.
During examination, person does not allow use of auxiliary documents (reference, special books), means of communication, any records on the electronic medium.".
