About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Donorship of Blood and Its Components"

Bring in the Federal Law of July 20, 2012 No. 125-FZ "About donorship of blood and its components" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 30, the Art. 4176) the following changes:
Item 1 of part 2 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) establishments in the rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, mandatory requirements of safety of donor blood and its components in case of their procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use;";
2) in Article 16:
a) regarding 3 words "according to requirements of the technical regulation about safety of blood" to exclude;
b) in part 6 of the word to "requirements of the technical regulation about safety of blood" shall be replaced with words to "rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components";
Item 2 of Article 19 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2) the state control when implementing by the authorized federal executive body performing functions on the organization of activities of service of blood, control of safety of donor blood and its components according to the Federal Law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when implementing the state control (supervision) and municipal control". The state control of safety of donor blood and its components is performed by the organization and conducting checks of observance by subjects of the address of donor blood and (or) its components of rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
4) in Article 27:
