1) in Article 205.1:

a) state part one in the following edition:

"1. Inducement, recruitment or other involvement of person in making at least one of crimes, stipulated in Article 205.2, parts one and the second Article 206, Article 208, parts one - third Article 211, Articles 220, 221, 277, 278, the 279 and 360 of this Code, arms or training of person for the purpose of making at least one of the specified crimes -
