in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

"-cancels the decisions of the Ministry of Justice, and also territorial and subordinated subdivisions contradicting the legislation, except decisions on state registration, re-registration and registration of the termination of activities of legal entities, branches (representations) which can be cancelled in the cases provided by the law;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
