"2. Members of the free economic zone have no right to perform activities in the field of use of natural resources for the purposes of exploration and production of minerals, except for production of underground waters which are used for the purposes of drinking and economic and household water supply or technological support by water of objects of the industry or objects of agricultural purpose, and also except for exploration and production of natural medical resources for implementation of sanatorium treatment and the organization of rest.".
