1) in Item 2 of Article 44:
a) the paragraph one to add with words ", with the features provided by this Federal Law";
b) add with new paragraphs the second - the fourth the following content:
"The monthly pension supplement in the amount of, corresponding to the amount of surcharge for the class rank, stipulated in Item 1 this Article, using the coefficients established by the presidential decree of the Russian Federation is paid to prosecutors, scientific and pedagogical workers and members of their families which provision of pensions is performed according to this Item. The specified monthly pension supplement is considered as a part of pension. To prosecutors, scientific and pedagogical workers and members of their families which pensions are estimated using district coefficients the monthly pension supplement is estimated using these coefficients.
