In the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202, No. 3, Articles 397, 403, 429, No. 4, Articles 631, 647, 654, No. 5, Articles 835, 846, No. 6, Articles 997, 1010, No. 7, Articles 1247, 1249, No. 10, Article 1608; No. 11, Articles 1769, 1774, 1781, 1783, 1786, 1788, No. 12 Articles 1984, 2000, 2009, 2024, 2049; 2017, No. 1, Article 21, No. 2, of Article 139, of 147, of 152, of 162, No. 3 of Article 331, of 344, No. 5, of Article 698, of 701, of 734, of 749, of 754, No. 6, of Article 1020, of 1033, of 1036, No. 7, of Article 1273, of 1296, of 1297, of 1299) to make the following changes:
1. In Articles 61.1. 9, 62.2.9 and 65.4.7 after words of "administrative offense against traffic regulations" to add with words ", or administrative offense, stipulated in Article 353.2 of this Code".
2. In Article 81.2 after the word of "rules" to add with the words "and rules of safety of traffic".
3. In Article 96.1. 6, in the first and seventh offers of Article 150.11 and in Article 529.3 after the word of "offenses" to add with words ", or administrative offense, stipulated in Article 353.2 of this Code".
4. In Articles 125. 7, 152.5 and 339.5 after words "administrative offense against" to add with words ", or administrative offense, stipulated in Article 353.2 of this Code".
5. In Articles 529.1 and 529.2 after the word of "offenses" to add with the words "and administrative offense, stipulated in Article 353.2 of this Code".
