1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for release, placement, the address and repayment of municipal securities in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 10, 2008 No. 618 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for release, placement, the address and repayment of municipal securities in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add Item 2 after the word of "self-government" with words "(the issuer of securities)";
- in Item 3 of the word "type and amount" shall be replaced with words "type, amount, circulation period and other parameters";
- declare Item 6 invalid;
- state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. Municipal securities are issued in paperless form. Bank entry securities - personalized securities on which rights make sure entry on the account of the register of security holders, or record on the custody account at depositary.";
- state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. Local government bodies have the right to issue securities with circulation period less than one year under condition if the amount of the funds raised by local government bodies does not exceed the amount which the local government body is able to extinguish that year in which release is performed.";
- add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. The means received from placement of securities cannot be enclosed in other securities.";
- state Item 16 in the following edition:
