Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 3, 2006 No. 174-FZ "About autonomous organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 45, Art. 4626; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4012; No. 43, Art. 5084; 2010, No. 19, Art. 2291; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3535; No. 30, Art. 4587; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6983; 2015, No. 45, Art. 6202; 2016, No. 1, Art. 26; 2017, No. 24, Art. 3482) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) add part 3.9 with words "if other is not established by the Federal Laws, the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal legal acts of representative bodies of municipalities respectively";

b) part 3.10 after words of "monetary commitments" to add with words of "compliance to the requirements established by part 3.11-1 of this Article";

c) add with part 3.11-1 following of content:

"3.11-1. Autonomous organizations in case of the conclusion of contracts (agreements) on delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering the services providing advance payments observe the requirements determined by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal legal acts regulating budget legal relationship for receivers of means of the relevant budget of budget system of the Russian Federation.";

d) add with part 3.19-1 following of content:
