About introduction of amendments to the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126 BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) the National commission annually till June 1 submits to Parliament the report considered at the plenary session of Parliament, containing information on functioning of the non-bank financial market and on the activities for previous year including budget implementation, with the subsequent publication of the report on the official web page of the National commission. According to one copy of the report goes to the President of the Republic of Moldova and the Government for informing.".
2. In part (2) Article 6 the offer: "The national commission represents to Parliament the draft of the budget for the following financial year till November 1." to replace with the offer: "The national commission till November 30 represents to Parliament the budget for the following financial year, and also information on the expected execution of the budget in the current year.".
