Bring in the Regulations of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus accepted by the Resolution of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2008 "About Regulations of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 15, 4/5869; 2010, No. 240, 4/6473; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.06.2015, 4/8303), following amendments and changes:
1. Add Article 10 with part three of the following content:
"In the events held by Council of the Republic including closed meetings of Council of the Republic, work of conciliation commissions, parliamentary hearings, the special advisor to the president of the Republic of Belarus having the right to take part concerning legislative and judicial activity who is the plenipotentiary of the President of the Republic of Belarus in National assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus.".
2. In Article 13 of the word "it is published in the Zvyazda and National Newspaper newspapers, transmitted on TV and republican radio" shall be replaced with words "extends in mass media".
