The sentence, the court order of foreign state regarding confiscation of the income which is in the territory of the Russian Federation gained in the criminal way are recognized and performed in the Russian Federation if it is provided by the international treaty of the Russian Federation. In case of lack of the corresponding international treaty the question of recognition of sentence, the court order of foreign state can be solved on the basis of the principle of reciprocity confirmed with the commitment letter of foreign state received by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation according to part one of article 457 of this Code.
