Article 1

To add 1) with Article 6.2 of the following content:

"Article 6.2. Restriction of transfers and acceptance of payments for benefit of the Russian legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and also the foreign citizens and stateless persons performing business activity, the foreign legal entities, the foreign organizations who are not legal entities on foreign law concerning whom there are data on implementation by them of activities for the organization and carrying out lotteries with violation of the law of the Russian Federation
