1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About reorganization of the state company "Kyrgyzzhilkommunsoyuz" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 16, 2017 No. 287 the following changes:
1) in the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyzteploenergo" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- Item 13 after words "water supply, production," to add with the word "broadcast";
- in Item 25:
in the paragraph the twenty seventh in the text in state language to exclude the word "mamlekettik";
- in Item 40 "economic" shall be replaced with words the word "production and economic";
Appendix 2 to the specified resolution in state language to state 2) in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
