1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2012 No. 459 "About approval of selection criteria of domestic industrial enterprises for inclusion in the list of domestic industrial enterprises which the parcels of land are provided in property on a grant basis, and about entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 26, 2004 to No. 1237 "Some questions of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 43, by the Art. 578):
state heading in the following edition:
"About approval of selection criteria of domestic industrial enterprises for inclusion in the list of domestic industrial enterprises to which the parcels of land are provided in property on a grant basis";
in selection criteria of domestic industrial enterprises for inclusion in the list of domestic industrial enterprises to which the parcels of land are provided in property on a grant basis, approved by the specified resolution:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
