About recognition voided some orders of the State Tax Administration
For the purpose of improvement of tax administration of excise I ORDER:
1) the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 188 of October 21, 2004 about approval of the Instruction about administration of excise (developed based on h (5) Art. 123 and 127 of the Section IV of the Tax code "Excise" approved by the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 1053-XIV of June 16, 2000, with subsequent changes and amendments), registered by the Ministry of Justice под№388 of November 2, 2004 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2004, No. 205-207, the Art. 431);
2) the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 239 of December 27, 2004 about change of the Instruction about administration of excise No. 188 of October 21, 2004 registered by the Ministry of Justice at No. 398 of February 16, 2005 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2005, No. 46-50, the Art. 159).
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
