Based on part (1) Articles 11, Item c) parts (1) article 27 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-HSh of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova
1. In the subitem g) Item 5 of the Regulations on activities of organizations for currency exchange approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 335 of December 1, 2016 (2016, the Art. No. 423-429, 2096) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1156 of December 6, 2016 the text "by phone 022 228 642" to replace Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova with the text "by phone 022 822 502".
2. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of publication.
