About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of project implementation on construction of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2013 No. 487 "About single questions of the taxation in case of construction of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

in part one of the word "the goods according to appendix included in the lists approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "processing equipment, component parts, spare parts to it, the raw materials, materials and other goods provided by the project documentation on construction of nuclear power plant (further – goods)";

the second to exclude part;

in word part three", specified in part two of this Item," shall be replaced with words "about the name, quantity, cost of the imported goods, the organizations performing import of such goods and terms of their delivery";

1.2. to exclude appendix to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
