About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 12, 2013 No. 42

According to Articles 7, of 15, 40 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of strengthening of control of transactions of non-bank financial institutions and commercial agents of banks on acceptance of cash for its further transfer the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 12, 2013 No. 42 "About settlement on acceptance of cash for its further transfer", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 6, 2013 at No. 372/22904 (with changes) (further - the Resolution 42), the following changes:

In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "based on the relevant paper document" to exclude 1);

2) after Item 1 to add the resolution with new Item 2 following of content:

"2. Commercial agents of banks and non-bank financial institutions shall:

To open 1) in banks/banks the separate current account / accounts for transfer of the cash in hryvnias accepted for its further transfer;

2) to provide transfer of the cash in hryvnias accepted for its further transfer into the separate current account / accounts opened in banks/banks.

The commercial agent of bank transfers funds from the separate current account only to bank with which the agency agreement is signed.".
