1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 No. 414 "About approval of Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, transportations within the country, transit, export, procedure for conversion and realization of quarantine materials", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 29, 2005 at No. 1121/11401 (with changes).
2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
