1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 552 "About approval of Rules of payment of immediate compensation to the candidate for astronauts, to the astronaut in case of establishment of the disability which was caused injuries, mutilations, diseases got on duty, and also in case of death (death) in connection with execution of service duties" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11805, published on August 18, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let), the following change:
in Rules of payment of immediate compensation to the candidate for astronauts, to the astronaut in case of establishment of the disability which was caused injuries, mutilations, diseases got on duty and also in case of death (death) in connection with execution of the service duties approved by the specified order:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Investigation of circumstances of death (death) of the candidate for astronauts, the astronaut, and also receipt by them of injury, mutilations, diseases is made according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015.".
2. To space committee of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (to Shaymagambetov E. M.) provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
