1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2015 No. 114 "About approval of the criteria shown to the state companies on the right of economic maintaining in which the supervisory boards are created" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10507, it is published on April 15, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
in the Criteria shown to the state companies on the right of economic maintaining in which the supervisory boards are created, approved by the specified order:
1) and 2) of Item 2 to state subitems in the following edition:
"1) the size of the authorized capital of the company constitutes at least 10th 000-fold size of the monthly settlement indicator established for the corresponding financial year;
2) the total number of staff employees of the company constitutes at least 100 people, except as specified creations of the company with the supervisory board;".
2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
