2) the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2016 No. 259 "About determination of percentage of number of foreign workers (managers and specialists) involved within internal transfer to quantity of the Kazakhstan personnel" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13709, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2016).
2. To provide to committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
