According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of November 26, 2015 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and some other legal acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers on state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming "the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 835-VIII:
1. Bring in Licensed conditions of implementation of professional activity in the stock market (security market) - depository activity and clearing activities, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 21, 2013 862, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 6, 2013 for No. 897/23429 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in Item 1 of the word "About State Registration of Legal Entities and Physical Persons — Entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";
add the Section with new Item 5 in the following edition:
