About reorganization of some republican state state companies of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize the republican state state company "Kazakstan Zholdara Sou" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of the republican state state company "Balkhash Company of Waterways" of Committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2018 No. 936
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 6, 2016 No. 775 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2017 - 2019":
