According to Item 14-2 of part two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and to the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1982-VIII:

1. Bring in Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation in the security market and the applications of sanctions approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 16, 2012 No. 1470, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 2012 for No. 1855/22167 (with changes), the following changes:

The paragraph of the seventh of Item 2 of the Section VII to state 1) in the following edition:

"The resolution on the case of offense is signed by the authorized person which considered case, and sealed.";

The paragraph the fourth Item 1 of the Section XIII to state 2) in the following edition:

"The resolution on the case of administrative offense is signed by the authorized person which considered case, and sealed.";

Paragraph two of Item 5 of the Section XIV to state 3) in the following edition:
