About modification and amendments in the Code of road transport
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – The code of road transport No. 150/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Item m) Article 3 to declare invalid.
2. In part (Article 6 of the word "January 31" shall be replaced with words 5) "on March 31".
3. In part (Article 11 of the word "January 31" shall be replaced with words 10) "on March 31".
4. In Article 37:
add Article with part (7-1) following contents:
"(7-1) Applications about modification of the interdistrict program of motor transportation transportations can be submitted by motor transportation operators in the location of the central industry body only to the period from December 1 to January 15. The draft of the traffic schedule and the scheme of the regular route declared for opening/change are without fail attached to the request.";

5. In Article 39:
in part (the words "in 15-day time" shall be replaced with words 9) "in 30-day time";
add Article with part (10-1) following contents:
"(10-1) Central industry body for request of the motor transportation operator represent within 15 working days to competent authorities of the states in the territory of which landing and/or disembarkation of passengers is performed or through which transit, the decision on prolongation of the existing flight and the copy of the documents relating to these activities according to provisions of international agreements and conventions which party is the Republic of Moldova is performed.".
