Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of change which are attached.

1. Item 45 of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), after paragraph one to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The Ministry of Justice when carrying out legal project appraisal of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of approval (approval) of the draft decision (recommendation) of Council of association between Ukraine and the European Union, the Committee of Associations between Ukraine and the European Union, including the Committee of Associations in trade structure, and their subcommittees determines the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of such decision (recommendation).".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
