About import to customs area of Ukraine of separate types of goods

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that in case of import to customs area of Ukraine with any purpose (except transit through the territory of Ukraine) (and movement by express carriers) separate types of goods which list is established by the State Customs Service depending on mode of transport which is used for their movement omission condition through customs border of Ukraine of these goods is representation by the subject of business activity to which goods, customs in which zone it is of the preliminary cargo customs declaration and its electronic copy are imported.

The omission through customs border of such goods is performed after check by the customs located on customs border of Ukraine, compliance of load and data of tovarosoprovozhdayushchy documents to the data specified in the electronic copy of the preliminary cargo customs declaration.

The procedure for filling and execution of the declaration, format of its electronic copy and procedure for exchange of electronic copies between customs authorities are determined by the State Customs Service.
