1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2015 No. 783 and the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 1262 "About approval of Rules of addressing of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 12938, published in information system of law of Ad_let on February 9, 2016) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of addressing of the real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified joint order:
in Item 2:
1) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) the preliminary address (project number) - the real estate object address appropriated at stage of execution of the preproject documentation before commissioning of the object and in case of withdrawal of the parcel of land for real estate asset construction;";
add with subitem 17-1) of the following content:
"17-1) parking space - the place for temporary and permanent storage of motor transport located in internal space of the building;";
24) to exclude the subitem;
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The address of object consists from:
names of area, the area, the city, the area in the city, the rural district, the settlement, the village;
names of components of the settlement;
numbers of primary object;
numbers of secondary object.
