About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan "About the earth"

1. In part three of Article 17 of the word" (up to 39 years)" shall be replaced with words "(up to 99 years)".

2. Add Article 18 with the paragraph of the following content:

3. Add Chapter VII with article of the following content:

"Article 51-2. Features of lease of lands

In lease of the parcels of land to members of free economic zones of provision of this Chapter are applied to provision taking into account the features determined by the Law of Turkmenistan "About free economic zones".".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
