According to the Item "m" of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Common customs tariff" and Item 11.30 of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the value added tax" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list and amounts of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine and are used for expansion of production and productive activity of the companies for production of ammunition, their elements and products of special chemistry it (is applied).

2. To the ministry of industrial policy in case of the need to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning modification of the list and amounts of the goods approved by this resolution.
