About approval and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning audit of banks

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, of 67, 70 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs", for the purpose of ensuring high-quality carrying out audit of banks according to the legislation of Ukraine, including regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and international standards of audit the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 02.08.2018 No. 90.

2. To add the subitem 3 of Item 34 of the Section VII of the Regulations on the organization of the internal audit in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 10, 2016 No. 311, with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Along with submission of the report for work of division of internal audit on papers the bank submits to National Bank the electronic copy of this report in the form of the file of the PDF format means of e-mail of National Bank.".
