Based on the item c) parts (1) article 133 of the Tax Code and in connection with the Code about elections approved by the Law No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 regarding assignment of fiscal code I ORDER to candidates for President of the Republic of Moldova:

1. The instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GGNI No. 299 of May 2, 2012 (further - the Instruction) to add as follows:

1) item of 10 litas. h) add with the following content:

"h) for candidates for president of the Republic of Moldova personal code (IDNP) specified on reverse side of the identity certificate.";

2) to Add the Instruction with new Item 17/1 in the following edition:

"17/1. Candidates for president of the Republic of Moldova to the statement for assignment of fiscal code, according to appendix No. 1 apply:

a) copy of the decision of Central Election Commission on registration of the candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova;

b) copy of the certifying document of the candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova;

c) the copy of the certifying document of the authorized person for registration of the candidate for President of the Republic of Moldova".

2. To provide to management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics of GGNI publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
