About recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine
According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and to Item 13 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. 1070 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services decided:
the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of September 28, 2006 No. 6261 "About approval of the Regulations on criteria and financial standard rates of activities of credit institutes", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2006 for No. 1221/13095 (with changes);
the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of February 19, 2007 No. 6832 "About approval of the Procedure for creation and submission of the reporting by credit institutes of the National commission performing the state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 16, 2007 for No. 234/13501 (with changes).
2. To provide to department of regulation and supervision of credit institutes submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. And members of the commission to provide to management of ensuring activities of the Chairman promulgation of this order after its state registration.
