Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 1992 No. 746-XII "About prosecutor's office" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2001 No. 257-II) (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2001, No. 9-10, of Art. 168; 2003, No. 5, Art. 67; 2005, No. 1, Art. 18; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 6, Art. 249; 2008, No. 9, Art. 487, No. 12, Art. 636; 2011, No. 4, Art. 101; 2012, No. 9/2, of Art. 244; 2015, No. 8, Art. 310; 2016, No. 9, Art. 276; 2017, No. 3, Art. 47, No. 6, Art. 300, No. 9, Art. 510) following change and amendment:
Part the second Article 10 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan operate Department on fight against tax, currency offenses and legalization of the criminal income and Bureau of forced execution, and also their division on places";
To add 2) with Article 18-1 of the following content:
"Article 18-1. Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its territorial subdivisions
The bureau of forced execution is formed under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Bureau). The bureau is headed by the director equated according to the status, payment terms of work, medical and transport attendance to the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Uzbekistan, appointed to position by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on representation of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan and dismissed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The director of Bureau of position is the Main state contractor of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
