About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About geodesy and cartography"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About geodesy and cartography" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 7, Article 443; 2004, No. 1, Article 6, No. 2, Article 57; 2006, No. 2, Article 64; 2007, No. 10, Article 938) to make the following changes:
1. In the fifth paragraph of Article 10 of the word "certifications … materials and information" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of certification … materials and information".
2. In the second paragraph of Article 16 of the word "relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "the accredited structure on assessment of conformity of relevant organ of the executive authority or accredited structures on assessment of conformity" and to add this paragraph with the second offer of the following content:
"Accreditation of these structures on assessment of conformity is carried out according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About accreditation in the field of assessment of conformity".".
