15-1.1. Requirements to advertizing of products of winemaking are established by article 27.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing".

15-1.2. Advertizing of products of winemaking cannot be placed on the following advertizing carriers:

15-1.2.1. advertizing of products of winemaking with a strength over 5 percent - in telecommunication devices, on front and back cover of the periodic printing edition, on the home page of information Internet resources;

15-1.2.2. in the printing editions, audio-and video records provided for minors;

15-1.2.3. on vehicles, and also on the buildings providing their activities, constructions and in them (except for places of retail sale of alcoholic beverages).

15-1.3. Outdoor advertizing of products of winemaking with a strength over 5 percent is prohibited.
