The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 685; 2006, No. 11, Article 932; 2007, No. 5, Article 442, No. 11, Article 1053; 2016, No. 6, Article 969; No. 12, Article 1989; No. 3, Article 346) to add 2017, with Article 50-1 of the following content:
"Article 50-1. The advertizing extended by telecommunication means and devices
50-1.1. The operator and provider can dispatch advertizing on the basis of the agreement signed with the advertiser. The operator and provider can send advertizing to the subscriber in individual procedure, only if in the written agreement signed with the subscriber advertizing mailing is approved. The operator and provider shall give to the subscriber opportunity at any time to unsubscribe advertizing or to send to the subscriber only that advertizing which he will wish. The operator and provider bear responsibility for mailing of advertizing without the consent of the subscriber or for mailing of the advertizing contradicting provisions of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing".
50-1.2. In case of the conclusion between operator and provider and the subscriber of the agreement on mailing of advertizing specified in the second offer of article 50-1.1 of this Law based on the subscriber's inquiry about refusal of mailing of advertizing sent to operator and (or) provider, mailing of advertizing on the last telecommunication equipment belonging to the subscriber immediately stops.
