About modification of some regulatory legal acts of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 14 parts five and parts six of Article 12, to parts three and the seventh article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Add Item 7 of the Section VII of the Regulations on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 for No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 5, 2017 No. 1872), the new paragraph of the following content:

"If the buyer makes payment for asset(s) (property) of bank to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of asset(s) (property) of bank and the Fund made the decision on cancellation of results of open tenderings (auction) the bank returns to such buyer the funds transferred by it within three working days from the date of adoption of such decision by Fund.".

2. Make to the section V Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, the following changes:
