In paragraph one of Item 5 of the Section IX of the Procedure for registration and submission of claims by taxpayers and their consideration by monitoring bodies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 916, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 23, 2015 at No. 1617/28062 (with changes), "(deputy manager)" shall be replaced with words words "(his deputy or the authorized person)".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
