1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out qualification certification of applicants for the right of receipt of the certificate of competency of the professional participant of the security market" of September 1, 2011 No. 526 the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the carrying out qualification certification of applicants for the right of receipt of the certificate of competency of the professional participant of the security market approved by the above-named resolution:
in Chapter 1:
- add with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"-the questionnaire of the candidate for receipt of the certificate of competency, the established sample according to appendix 5 to this Provision";
- to declare the paragraph of the sixth invalid;
- in the paragraph the thirteenth to exclude the words "Acceptance of Document Package and";
- add with paragraphs the fifteenth or eighteenth the following content:
"The basis for refusal to physical persons in receipt of the certificate of competency of the professional participant of the security market are:
- identification of inappropriate or unreliable information in the documents submitted by the applicant;
- representation of incomplete document package;
- criminal record availability for crime execution which is not extinguished or is not removed in the procedure established by the law.";
